Refunds for donations
If you have made an error in making your one-off donation or change your mind about donating, we will happily refund your donation, provided that you contact us within 14 days of the donation being made. We will deduct a small administration fee of 2% to cover the costs of refunding your donation. Please note that if you made your donation by card, your refund will be credited to the same card.
How to request a donation refund
To request a refund for your one-off donation, please call 0300 123 2640 or email CMcNally@hillcresthomes.org.uk with the subject ‘Refund Donation’ and include your full name, address and the donation amount you would like refunded.
Unauthorised card use
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.
