Customer service team notice

On the last Thursday of every month our Customer Service team will be attending staff training from 2pm onwards so will be unable to answer your calls in the afternoon.

You can email your enquiries to customerservice@hillcrestha.org.uk and we shall respond the following day.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note you will still be able to report repairs or make payments during this time.
