Lesley is responsible for the overall management of corporate services which includes Human Resources, Communications and Media, Risk Management, Procurement Complaints and other related compliance and governance issues.
David ZwirleinDirector of Development
David is responsible for implementing the strategy and delivery of new developments across the organisation. He is also responsible for implementing new business opportunities and ensuring they are in line with overarching organisation objectives.
Joy DunlopManaging Director, Hillcrest Futures
Joy is responsible for the overall management of Hillcrest Futures. She works with her team to ensure that the people we provide care and support to are receiving the best service possible and that we strive to exceed regulator requirements.
Mark PercivalDirector of Property
Mark is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all the properties within Hillcrest including the management of the in-house maintenance team, Hillcrest Maintenance.
Lindsey DrydenDirector of Finance
Lindsey is responsible for the overall management of the organisation’s finances and accounting and the provision of IT services to all companies within Hillcrest.
Bob SanderDirector of Housing
Bob is responsible for leading the Housing Management function within Hillcrest Homes, ensuring the delivery of key objectives, and providing strategic direction.
Stuart DowDirector, Hillcrest Enterprises
Stuart is responsible for mid-market rent, full market rent and other commercial activities. This new business will subsidise the business’s charitable activities through a planned programme of growth and tenure diversification.
