About Hillcrest Properties
Hillcrest Properties (Scotland) Ltd (HP(S)) is a company limited by guarantee and wholly controlled by Hillcrest Housing Association. This is currently a dormant company which plans to commence trading activity in 2007/08.
HP(S) intends to undertake commercial, market property activities (mainly housing) with a strategic vision of providing regular surpluses to HHA to supplement its, and Gowrie Care's, core social and charitable objectives.
