Rent Advice & Enquries
We have launched a new service to enable tenants to make enquiries regarding their rent 24 hours a day via a dedicated email address. The emails will be forwarded internally to the appropriate person best placed to answer the query such as housing staff or the money advice service. So if you have a query regarding any of the following:
- the balance on your rent account
- if you are in arrears how to get help and /or make an arrangement
- or want to find out if you would qualify for Housing Benefit
- or anything else relating to your rent account
