Paying Rent

Your rent is due on or before the first of each month or at other regular intervals if agreed with your Community Housing Officer. There are a number of ways you can pay your rent.
 

• Online – to make an online payment click on www.allpay.net and enter your payment card number that appears on your rent card.
• Phone 0844 557 8321 - 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Using your swipe card: Take your rent card to any location that displays the following logo and make a payment.

• By standing order – The appropriate form can be obtained from your local housing office.
• Direct Debit – Call your local Housing team for more details on 0300 123 2640
• Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron cards – Payments can be made in person at the Dundee, Perth and Angus offices or by calling:

• By cheque – We can accept cheques at any of our offices. Make sure your name, address and tenancy reference number is on the back of the cheque.
