Hillcrest Housing Association has two and three bedroom properties available for sale on a shared ownership basis. The Shared Ownership scheme is a Scottish Government supported initiative to promote home ownership, especially for first time buyers.

Prices range between £101,500 and £180,000. You can purchase a 25%, 50% or 75% share with an occupancy charge being applied to the remaining share.

For example, 25% share is £33,125 (based on a 2 bed property and subject to valuation of £132,500) plus monthly occupancy charge on the remaining 75%.

Due for completion Autumn/ Winter 2011, the flats are generously proportioned with balconies or feature bay window to most apartments while those on the ground floor feature private terraces.

All benefit with access to a shared landscaped garden area. The flats have one allocated underground parking space, with on street parking available for other vehicles.
