FOR ONE WEEKEND ONLY! Rent Arrears Drop-in Session Saturday 6th November
This Saturday November 6th for the first time ever we are holding a free drop-in session for Hillcrest tenants to receive help with rent arrears.
The session will be at our Dundee office Shed 26 City Quay office between 9.30 – 12.30.
Money advice staff will be available to help maximise income and sort out any money issues.
Who are we looking to help?
Tenants with rent arrears who might need help with the following:
Housing Benefit – even if you currently get some housing benefit – you may be able to apply for more.
Other benefit issues – we can check entitlement as many people are not getting what they are entitled to.
Debts of any kind – a range of options is available to help with debt problems.
Budgeting – running out of money – we can help with a budget plan,.
Banking – do you get back charges – we can help stop this!
Or have any other money issues that effect their ability to pay their rent.
No appointment is necessary. If help is required but Saturday is not suitable call free on 0845 605 2368 to arrange another time or call into the regular advice session Thursday 10-4.
