Celebrating Success at Hillcrest Group

Robbie Glen, former Scottish Prison Governor, today helped celebrate the achievements of staff from the Hillcrest group of Companies. Over the last year, 42 members of staff from Hillcrest Housing Association, Gowrie Care and Hillcrest Enterprises have received awards and qualifications in various areas including Health and Social Care, Energy Performance, Learning and Development and Business and Administration. Robbie Glen provided some light hearted fun and entertainment to a day designed to recognise the achievements, commitment and hard work of all staff involved.

John Mulloy, Hillcrest Group Chief Executive commented that “We promote a positive learning culture within the Group and as such have a dedicated Learning and Development Team to help employees realise their potential and encourage personal and professional development. This annual event has grown over the years and it is encouraging to see so many staff being recognised with an award. We are committed to continuous improvement as an organisation so it is great to see so many staff taking the time and effort to improve themselves individually. These qualifications and awards contribute to a stronger workforce with enhanced skills and abilities, improving the services we offer all of our customers.”

The event took place at West Park Conference Centre.
