Money Advice Service

The main function of the Money Advice Service is to help tenants living in Angus, Dundee and Perthshire with their finances. We can look at ways tenants can increase their income, manage their money and cope with any debts.

Free, confidential and impartial advice to tenants on all financial matters
A free financial health-check
Help to prepare a financial statement
Help to budget effectively, including prioritising payments such as rent
Help to assess income and advise where this can be increased, e.g. by applying for benefits
Advise on low cost insurance
Advise on saving options and bank accounts
Loan advice
Make repayment offers on priority debts
