Working Together

Your views, opinions and ideas can help us provide an excellent housing management service for all our tenants.

Tenants and staff have worked together on:

• the current edition of the Tenants’ Handbook;
• Hillcrest’s Pets Policy
• tenants and staff came along to a seminar to help develop our Anti-Social Behaviour Policy
• Tenants, staff and Hillcrest Committee members worked together at a Tenant Participation Day.

What would suit you?

From reading the Hillcrest News to being involved in an elected committee – you decide how much you would like to be involved:

  • You can add your details to our Interested Tenants Register and give your views on a variety of topics by email, by post or at a meeting in your local area. You can take your name off the Register at any time.  Contact your local office for more details.
  • Stair or Close Meetings – would you like to meet local Housing staff to discuss local issues that affect your close, development or street? If so contact your local office.
  • Estate Links – you can work with local staff to report issues in your area. See this leaflet.
  • Have a look at what’s going on in your area on our local pages on the website.
  • Or, if you have something to say or would just like to know more about any of our work - simply let us know!
  • You can set up a local tenants and residents group or join an existing one in your area. Hillcrest staff will provide information, support and training.
