Housing Strategy & Performance Manager- Pete Marshall

Pete manages the Housing Services teams based across Fife and Perthshire. He has overall responsibility for the delivery of housing management services for all our properties in Fife and Perthshire.

Operations Manager- Derek Reid

Derek's main duties are to provide a supportive role to the team's Community Housing Officers and Housing Advice Assistants. He is responsible for overseeing the housing management activities of the team including allocations, rent arrears, neighbour disputes, and estate management.

Community Housing Officers- Carol Annand and Louise Errington

Our Community Housing Officers are responsible for managing the estates and areas in which you live. They make sure that conditions set down in the tenancy agreement are kept to and are responsible for dealing with more serious anti-social behaviour complaints and carrying out rent arrears visits.

Housing Advice Officer- Yvonne Watt

Yvonne is based in the Perth office and is the Housing Advice Officer for Fife and Perthshire. Yvonne works closely with the community housing officers and assists with interviews, new tenancy sign ups and general housing matters. Yvonne also line manages the Housing Advice Assistants within the Perth office.

Maintenance Officers- Jim Meechan (Fife) and Clive Upton (Perthshire)

Our Maintenance Officers are responsible for day to day responsive repairs service and the monitoring of contractors performance. They are also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our estates and ensuring areas are kept in good condition.
