Hillcrest has been a major housing provider for over 40 years. We have approximately 5000 properties across 5 areas – Dundee, Angus, Edinburgh, Fife and Perth & Kinross.

Houses are allocated on a points system according to housing need.

For housing applications in Edinburgh, Angus, Perth & Kinross and Dundee there is not a form to fill in. We are a partner in the Common Housing Registers that operate in Edinburgh, Angus, Perth & Kinross and Dundee.
