Angus Housing Roles
Housing Strategy and Performance Manager- Steve Kell
Steve manages the Housing Services team based at our Angus Area Office. He has overall responsibility for providing a comprehensive housing management service throughout the Angus Area.
Operations Manager- Kirsteen Beeching
Kirsteen's main duties are to provide a supportive role to the team's Community Housing Officers and Housing Advice Assistants. She is responsible for overseeing the housing management activities of the team including allocations, rent arrears, neighbour disputes, and estate management.
Housing Advice Officer- Lorna Loftus
Lorna's role is to ensure that our customers are provided with the best possible advice, assistance and customer service at the first point of contact. She carries out similar tasks to a Community Housing Officer but is office based. Lorna is also responsible for our administration team based at the Area Office.
Community Housing Officers- Scott Petrie, Pam Law and Shirley Simpson
Our Community Housing Officers are responsible for managing the estates and areas in which you live. They make sure that conditions set down in the tenancy agreement are kept to and are responsible for dealing with more serious anti-social behaviour complaints and carrying out rent arrears visits.
Maintenance Officers- John McGee and Colin Napier
Our Maintenance Officers are responsible for day to day responsive repairs service and the monitoring of contractors performance. They are also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our estates and ensuring areas are kept in good condition.
