	Managing Director of Gowrie Care Damian McGowan Damian is responsible for the overall management of Gowrie Care. He works with his team to ensure that best care possible is provided, together with enhancing learning and development across the Hillcrest Group.
	Director of Asset Management Mark Farey Mark looks after the property assets of Hillcrest Housing Association; ensuring all appropriate programmes of maintenance, servicing and replacement are in place to maximise the life of our properties
	Director of Finance and Corporate Services Angela Linton Angela is responsible for managing the Finance and Corporate Services Department which incorporates risk and compliance, information technology, human resources, health & safety and publicity.
	Director of Housing Fiona Morrison Fiona is responsible for the development and implementation of the housing management strategy and overall management of staff teams delivering tenant and applicant services.
	Chief Executive, CraigOwl Lara Moir Lara holds overall responsiblity for the development and strategy of CraigOwl, together with the overall management of staff teams providing a variety of services to their clients.
	Managing Director, Northern Housing Company Stuart Shepherd Stuart is responsible for leading and directing all operational aspects of Northern Housing's business. He is also responsible for future strategy and growth of Mid Market Rent within the organisation.
