Perth Outreach

From the Perth  Outreach project we provide services and support to people with:

  • Adults with Enduring Complex Mental Health Issues
  • Adults with Learning disabilities
  • People over the age of 65 years

Our support and care packages aim to develop and maintain a good quality of life for service users, whilst providing opportunities to learn new skills. The packages can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each service user.
