Best Company To Work For
The Hillcrest Group, is officially the 39th best company to work for according to the Sunday Times List for Public and Charity Sector. The Hillcrest Group of Companies exists to improve the quality of life of individuals and contribute to sustaining communities through the provision of housing, care and wider role services.
In our first year of registering for the list, the Group was delighted to be ranked so high. John Mulloy, Hillcrest Group Chief Executive commented that “Being awarded 39th place is an excellent achievement. We’re the only Dundee based company to make it onto the list which we’re extremely proud of.”
The process involves an employee questionnaire with 70 statements falling into 8 categories. All of Hillcrest’s staff were given the opportunity to complete a questionnaire where success in each category is essential to make it on to the Best Companies to Work for List.
John Mulloy continued “The results for the Best Companies List come directly from what our employees say. It is encouraging to see that we scored so well in categories such as staff well being and manager’s support. The results have given us lots to look at and highlight areas where we can develop and improve as an employer.”
The full list of Top 100 companies will be published in a supplement in March 13th’s Sunday Times.
