Dunfermline Outreach
From the Dunfermline Outreach project we provide services and support to people with a learning disability living in their own homes.
Our support and care packages aim to develop and maintain a good quality of life for service users, whilst providing opportunities to learn new skills. The packages can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each service user.
