Mayfield Road
We provide supported accommodation for 6 months, for vulnerable men, who have a history of homelessness due to alcohol and/or drug addictions, mental health and behavioral issues. Our aim is to assess and address individuals’ housing support needs with a view to achieve resettlement into longer term housing. The project operates a keyworker system. Each tenant is expected to be actively involved with the development of their own personal action plans with clearly defined objectives and timescales for outcomes. Personal action plans are reviewed on a regular basis.
The building consists of 12 fully furnished single tenancies and a staff office. Staff are available 5 days a week. A warden call facility (Hanover Telecare) and an on-call service operate out with support hours.
