Gilmours Close

At Gilmours Close we provide supported accommodation for 6 months for men and women who have been homeless and have complex needs. We work with people who have mental health issues, learning difficulties and addictions. Regular reviews are made to the individual’s support package to make sure the best service is provided.

Each tenant is expected to be actively involved with the development of their own personal action plans with clearly defined objectives and timescales for outcomes. Personal action plans are reviewed on a regular basis.

The building consists of 10 fully furnished single tenancies and a staff office. Staff are available 5 days a week. A warden call facility (Hanover Telecare) operates out with support hours.
