New Apprenticeship Scheme
Hillcrest Enterprises is pleased to be working again on another apprenticeship training programme with local main contractor W.H. Brown Construction (Dundee) Ltd.
Browns have just completed (with a little help from HE) recruiting 8 apprentice joiners and 8 apprentice bricklayers. The apprentices will follow HE site based training approach and will work closely with HE’s site based trainer to ensure they gain their SVQ level
3 certificate.
This is the second apprenticeship programme that that two companies have worked on in the past three years. It is a measure of the success of the previous programme - with its 100% apprenticeship retention rate - that gave Browns the commitment to commence a further programme.
