Financial Awareness Services
Services include:
- Free, confidential and impartial advice to tenants on all financial matters
- A free financial health-check
- Help to prepare a financial statement
- Help to budget effectively, including prioritising payments such as rent
- Help to assess income and advise where this can be increased, e.g. by applying for benefits
- Advise on low cost insurance
- Advise on saving options and bank accounts
- Loan advice
- Make repayment offers on priority debts
Angus
The Financial Awareness Service is a joint venture between Hillcrest and the Arbroath Citizen's Advice Bureau. Tenants are given access to a range of financial inclusion services provided from our Arbroath office every Wednesday.

Tenants are given access to a range of money related advice. Appointments can be made by calling 01382 432452 or a drop-in session is available every Wednesday afternoon between 1pm – 4pm at The Advice Point, 7-11 Arbroath Road, Dundee, DD4 6EW. Fife
