Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Programme (MOS)

MOS is a worldwide recognised qualification specialising in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.

We offer certifications in the following Office Programmes:
• Word Core
• Word Expert
• Excel Core
• Excel Expert
• Access
• Powerpoint

Gaining a certificate in any of the above will help set you apart. Learning is by self study at home or at work and you can attend one of our Dundee learning centres for tutor support during the day or in the early evening.

CSCS Health and Safety Training

The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) is an industry standard for ensuring that employees have a basic level of health and safety knowledge for working in the construction industry.

A CSCS Card is issued when a health and safety test is passed and an individual can demonstrate that they have previous experience of working in construction and/or possess and SVQ level 1 qualification in a construction related subject.

The training we offer includes:
• Sitting health and safety practice tests
• Booking one actual health and safety test
• A DVD or book of sample questions to keep
• Tutor support

Learning is by self study and you can attend our learning centres for up to four two-hour sessions to use our computers to make sure that you are confident to sit your test.

Please note: On passing the health and safety test you will not automatically gain a CSCS card. You must bb able to get a previous employer to sign the CSCS application form confirming you have experience working in the industry or provide evidence of an SVQ Level 1 qualification in a construction related subject. There is an extra charge for applying for the CSCS Card which we do not cover.
