Aims & Objectives

We believe that for many people, skills and knowledge can provide a route out of poverty. Our aim is to support people to improve their skills and knowledge so that they can overcome disadvantages which in turn will enable them to enjoy fulfilling lives and achieve their personal potential. Our main activity is to provide vocational and employability training, adult learning and other support and guidance.

Our objectives are:

• To enable disadvantaged or excluded individuals or sections of the community in which we operate to improve their circumstances and realise their potential.

• To facilitate the entry into employment and sustainability of employment of the people we work with.

We achieve these objectives through the development and delivery of a range of contracts, grant funded projects and service level agreements, through our involvement in the community and through social enterprise activities.
